This new class delivers an experimental course in accordance with the Chinese Heritage Curriculum of the NSW Education Department, which is jointly run by Fenghua Chinese School and the Chinese Language Teachers Association of NSW Inc.

The aim of this program is to cultivate a new generation of bilingual talent who could absorb the merits of both Chinese and Australian cultures, and form profound comprehension of culture and language.

Commissioned by Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the Chinese language educators in Australia and the experts from Jinan University China co-authored the textbooks of this course. Corresponding with the Chinese Heritage Curriculum, the student’s learning materials involve written texts, songs, audio and video, as well as other multi-media forms that are close to the life of contemporary Australian young people.

This course applies the "Education Perfect" web-based teaching platform, which fully motivates the students to learn with enthusiasm in class. Also, the students have flexible time for reviewing and homework after school.
